Michal Janicki, founder of studiobema, came to the United States from Poland at age 12. He studied graphic design in Chicago, and completed courses in motion design and fine art in Switzerland and London. Studiobema is a showcase of his work, spanning print, identity, and interactive media.

In addition to working with a variety of freelance clients, he is also the resident graphic designer and photographer at Chicago's Trap Door Theatre. His work has been recognized in design competitions and exhibited internationally.
From brand identity to animations, his rich experience and style manifest in his projects, no matter how small or large. Frequently collaborating with a select group of artists, he is able to produce print, photo, video, animation and web design of the highest caliber.
